General Terms

1. Acceptance & Consent

By accessing the kv9 platform or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and are equally binding on all users. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform. kv9 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Every change will be published on this page and recorded with a date.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in gaming on the kv9 platform. The creation or use of an account by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful, and kv9 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information. The platform authority may request necessary documents for age and identity verification at any time. Users accessing from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their own country.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Each user may create only one account; opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Allowing third parties to use or transfer your account is strictly prohibited. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify the kv9 support team immediately. kv9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the event of misuse or suspicious activity.

4. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All deposits and withdrawals will be processed in Bangladeshi BDT (৳) through approved payment methods. Funds are generally credited to your account instantly after a deposit, though some methods may require a brief verification period. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals; these limits can be found on the relevant page of the platform. kv9 reserves the right to suspend payments on any suspicious financial transactions pending investigation.

5. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, software manipulation, bot usage, or attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited on the kv9 platform. Deceptive behavior, threats, or harassment toward other players are not acceptable under any circumstances. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes is a criminal offense, and kv9 reserves the right to report any such activity to the relevant authorities. Accounts found in violation of these rules may be permanently closed and balances forfeited. All users are encouraged to use the platform honestly, transparently, and responsibly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kv9 is not liable for any losses caused by technical faults, server outages, or disruptions to third-party services on the platform. The games and services provided on the platform are operated for entertainment purposes and no financial gain is guaranteed. kv9 is not responsible for gaming session interruptions due to internet disconnection, device failure, or personal circumstances. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment when participating in gaming.
